Privately owned, thatched cottage and former police cavalry building. Built in 1794. 

Removal of cementitious render, repairs to stonework including rebuilding, repining, raking out and repointing with Natural Hydraulic Lime. Re-rendered in Natural Hydraulic Lime with a harled lime finish. Removal of decayed thatch and complete re-thatch in reed.
